1. Reason for revision
As the Aviation Safety Act was revised (Law No. 20051, promulgated on January 16, 2024, implemented on July 17, 2024 and January 17, 2025) so that the person intending to operate a super-light flying device shall undergo safety education, the aim is to improve matters delegated by laws and matters needed to execute such matters by establishing the contents, time, method, etc. of safety education in detail.
2. Main contents
A. Prescribing the subjects of safety education, time and cycle of education, and content, etc. of education for pilots of super-light flying devices delegated by laws (Article 306-2 of the Draft)
B. Prescribing the standards for designation of manpower, equipment, facilities, etc. of safety education consignment agencies delegated by the enforcement ordinance and procedure for processing applications for designation of such consignment agencies (Article 306-3 of the Draft)
C. Prescribing the days of suspension of pilot certification by times of violations in detail for cases wherein persons certified as pilots of super-light flying devices under laws fly without safety education (Table 44-2.7)
D. Prescribing charges delegated by laws (Table 47)
