If the person who set up an animal laboratory, etc., is changed, such change is deemed to be a minor change so that the burden of the reporting process is reduced.

Clarification of the procedure and method, etc. to report, record, and preserve the statuses of production, import, and sale of laboratory animals by laboratory animal suppliers and animal laboratory operators and various statuses regarding the number, use, and processing of laboratory animals (Article 15 and Article 22 of the Draft)
The safety management level of laboratory animals is raised by having laboratory animal suppliers and animal laboratory operators provide the data on the production, import, and sale of laboratory animals and number, use, and processing statuses of laboratory animals by the end of February each year through electronic media or information system operated by the Minister of MFDS with animal laboratory operators, etc. recording the use and processing of laboratory animals through electronic recording media, etc. and preserving them for three years.
