(CHEONGJU=NEWSIS) North Chungcheong Province announced that the Korea Research-based Pharmaceutical Industry Association (KRPIA) will hold a two-day executive workshop at C&V Center in Osong, North Chungcheong Province .

It is the first time that a group of world's leading multi-national pharmaceutical companies holds a large-scale workshop in North Chungcheong Province.

KRPIA has 41 multi-national pharmaceutical companies including Novartis, Pfizer, Sanofi, and Roche as its members. Fifteen members are among world's top 20 pharmaceutical companies.

"The provincaial office suggested KRPIA to hold the workshop in Osong in order to build a network with multi-national pharmaceutical companies. This event is meaningful in forging relationships with global pharmaceutical companies," officials of North Chungcheong Province said.
