According to Yonhap News,
(EUMSEONG=Yonhap News) North Chungcheong Province approved and publicly announced a construction plan for the Seongbon General Industrial Complex, which will be sited in Sungbon-ri, Daeso-myeon, Eumseong, North Chungcheong Province with a planned size of 1,970,000㎡.
Eumsong plans to start construction of the industrial complex from the second half of this year. Completion of the construction project is scheduled to be June 2019.
One fifth of capital needed for the Seongbon Industrial Complex will be financed by Eumseong county with remaining amount funded by SK E&C, Towoo Construction, and Korea Investment & Securities. The site is to be developed as industrial·multi-functional land, residential areas, industrial·service areas, and land for public facilities.
