According to Yonhap News,

(CHEONGJU=Yonhap News) Procedures for building a new industrial complex in Guksa-ri, Oksan-myeon, Heungdeok-gu, Cheongju City, North Chungcheong Province, is set to begin in earnest.

According to the city on April 6, developers Seohan Wool and Hyundai Engineering applied for government approval on March 31.

The city is scheduled to hold a joint information session on April 13 at the Oksan Resident Welfare Center for residents who currently live in the area set to be developed, as well as other persons who will be affected by the change.

The session will provide information on the details of the construction project, as well as the evaluation results of the new structure's expected impact on the environment, traffic conditions, and natural disasters.

The entire plan will be accessible until May 1 at the Chungju City Hall, Heungdeok District Office, and the Oksan Administrative Welfare Center.
