CHUNGCHEONGBUK-DO < invest Korea

(CHEONGJU=Yohap News) The 2018 Osong Cosmetics & Beauty Industry Expo is scheduled to kick off on October 23 for a 5-day run near the KTX Osong station in North Chungcheong Province.

According to the province on January 9, the exposition will consist a B2B Company Hall, a B2C Market Hall, as well as exports consulting sessions, cosmetics sales booths and other various international discussions.

In order to facilitate the participation of some 190 cosmetics companies from Korea and abroad, the province will establish its own department for attracting companies starting next month.

Also, the province will invite some 1,300 buyers selected based on a survey conducted on some 2,000 companies, to some 2,500 export consulting sessions.

Last year, a total of 205 companies including LG Household & Healthcare, Hankook Cosmetics' The Saem, Celltrion Skincure, and It's Hanbul participated in the expo, which was attended by some 1,200 buyers and ended with a total of KRW 127.2 billion worth of export contracts signed.
