(CHEONGJU=Yonhap News) There are many events coming to Chungbuk where people can experience Korea's cultural heritage.
According to Chungbuk Research Institute of Cultural Heritage, Cheongju, Chungju, Jincheon and Okcheon will host cultural heritage events for people of all ages starting from this month.
In Jincheon, an event will take place on April 28 and 29, May 6, June 6, June 23 and 24, with the theme of "Kim Yu-shin's Art Gallery, Embrace the Three Kingdoms."
In Cheongju, a cultural heritage experience class will be held on April 26th for the archaeological experience of the Cheongju Shinbong-dong tomb, or historic site No. 319. This class will be held in the second half of the year.
Next month, Okcheon will hold an event themed "Your Okcheon, Your Cultural Property." Participants can learn about the life of General Cho Seon-hyun, and experience making a picture book or camping for one night and two days.
