According to Yonhap News,
North Chungcheong Province has signed an investment agreement worth KRW 31.5 billion with three local businesses, Hanil Food, LCC and Kyeongbo. Hanil Food, a hand-made noodle maker, is expected to spend KRW 200 billion on a new facility, which will settle in a 8,250 square meter site, hiring a hundred new workers by 2021.
LCC, which produces environmentally friendly takeaway containers, announced its investment plan on a new production line inside MegaPolis Industrial Cluster, having 50 more employees by the end of March next year. The total volume appears to exceed KRW 9 billion.
An auto parts manufacturer, Kyeongbo, also said they’ll invest as much as KRW 2 billion in a new factory which will sit on a 991 square meter site by the end of March next year, having 30 additional workers.
