According to Yonhap News,

Jecheon city in North Chungcheong Province signed an MOU with Infood, a marine plants processing company, Cheonyakseon, producing cosmetics using traditional Chinese medicines and KINTECH, an industrial goods producer on Apr 12 over a KRW 27 billion worth of investment. The investment agreement came right after the city has recently reached a KRW 7 billion investment deal with a medical device manufacturer, Einsmed Co., Ltd.

These four investors are reported to build up production facilities in the 3rd industry cluster, adding 160 new jobs over the next five years.

“To make another grand leap forward, we’d like to extend the deepest gratitude to business leaders who made such a bold decision for investment. We’ll spare no effort to provide both financial and administrative support for these new investors.”
