CHUNGCHEONGBUK-DO < invest Korea

According to Yonhap News,

Chungbuk-do and Eumseong-gun signed investment MOU with Geumwang F1 at the governor's office on October 15.

Geumwang F1 plans to build a logistics center for logistics and distribution of related companies on the land area of 33,635 square meters within Eumseong Geumwang Techno Valley Industrial Complex with KRW 153.7 billion investment by September 2023.

Geumwang F1 is a special purpose company, set up for this project jointly by Global Four One, NH Nonghyup REITs Management, and Hanyang Securities.

Chunbguk province and Eumseong-gun will provide administrative support for the project to run smoothly.

Geumwang F1 also plans to revitalize the local economy by executing investment, scaling up investment, purchasing local materials, and preferentially hiring local residents.
