Chungju-si, Chungbuk-do, begins to construct the 'Biz Core City Industrial Complex'.
According to Chungju-si on the 29th, as the approval of the industrial complex plan of Chungbuk-do, the industrial complex will be built on a site of 274,222㎡ in Hwagok-ri, Judeok-eup, by 2025.
The total project cost is KRW 458 billion, and the cost will be from Chungju-si (20%), SK Eco Plant (40%), Samwon Industrial Development (28%), and Kyobo Securities (12%), with public-private joint development method.
