CHUNGCHEONGBUK-DO < invest Korea

According to Yonhap News,

Chungju-si, Chungcbuk announced on Dec. 27 that it would accept applications for compensation for noise damage from Jan. 9 to Feb. 28, 2023

The compensation period is from January to December 2022, and compensation will be paid at the end of August next year.

During this period, people (including foreigners) who have registered as residents and resided in the relevant area are eligible. In case of death, the heir can apply on behalf of the deceased.

Recipients must apply for compensation and necessary documents to the local administrative & welfare center. The areas can be checked on the inquiry system for military airfield noise areas (http://kmnoise.samwooanc.com) or the website of Chungju-si.
