CHUNGCHEONGBUK-DO < invest Korea

According to Yonhap News,

Greene Tweed Korea, a US-based company has completed a new manufacturing facility in the foreign investment zone in Ochang, Cheongju, and held a ceremony on June 18.

The ceremony was attended by exectuvies from the headquarters of Greene Tweed in the US, Chungbuk's governor, and Cheongju's deputy mayor.

Greene Tweed specializes in manufacturing sealing products used in the aerospace, defense, life sciences, energy, and semiconductor industries.

Greene Tweed's new manufacturing site in Korea will mass-produce rubber O-rings, a key component of semiconductor manufacturing equipment, and supply them to Korean companies such as Samsung Electronics and SK Hynix.
