Peaches produced in Okcheon, Chungbuk-do, are gaining popularity in Hong Kong.
On July 19, Okcheon-gun held its first shipment ceremony at the Eco-Friendly Agricultural Products Distribution Center (Gahwa-ri, Okcheon-eup), with a goal of exporting 50 tons of peaches to Hong Kong this year.
The Okcheon Peach Export Farming Association, consists of local farmers, plans to ship 50 tons of "Yello Peach" and "Cheonjungdo" to Hong Kong by next month.
