Sejung Techno Valley, Chungbuk’s first apartment-type factory

Sejung Techno Valley, whose pre-sales rate is almost 90%, is Chungbuk’s first apartment-type factory and will be up and running late this month.

Sejung Techno Valley, Chungbuk’s first apartment-type factory will be opened soon.

According to Cheongju City on February 14th, Sejung Co., Ltd. plans to run Sejung Techno Valley starting from February 28th. The factory is 15 stories above and two stories below the ground in Cheongju Industrial Complex, Songjeol-dong, Heungdeok-gu, Cheongju City.

Venture company incubating centers and promising companies in the IT and high technology industries will occupy the building.

Most of the companies which plan to operate in Sejung Techno Valley are known to have connection to Chungbuk.

Sejung Techno Valley is equipped with offices, high-speed information system, conference rooms, and rest areas to help companies smoothly operate their business and various amenities including restaurants and convenient stores.

The building obtained the approval in February 10th, but the constructor plans to hold a building completion ceremony in April.

An official of the City said “Sejung Techno Valley bears significant implications, since a number of high-tech companies will move into Cheongju Industrial Complex where mostly traditional manufacturers are located,” and added “Sejung Techno Valley will generate 1,200 new jobs, contributing to the regional economy.”
