According to Yonhap News,
Oakchun county in Chungbuk said that it is recruiting business that would like to move into the Chungsan Industrial Complex from July 22 to August 5.
Businesses in food, rubber and plastic products, electronic equipment manufacturing, processed metal industries are qualified.
Sales lot is 257,113 m2, and sales price is relatively affordable with KRW 861,150 per 1m2.
An official from the county said that the county will give preference to companies that have already submitted the application or signed investment contract. They will get exemption benefits of corporate, income, and real estate taxes according to the law on industrial complex.
