Jincheon in Chungbuk said that it will put Sincheok Industrial Complex on sale from the end of this month.

Sincheok Industrial Complex is to be completed by 2013. Its advantages are affordable sales price and convenient transportation.

In particular, companies that relocate from metropolitan areas to Chungbuk can enjoy various benefits including training and facilities investment subsidy.

The complex aims to attract cutting-edge knowledge-based manufacturing and biotechnology business.

Chungbuk has been conducting aggressive marketing to attract businesses by sending promotional materials and visiting businesses.

Once completed, the industrial complex is expected to create about 8,000 jobs and generate production inducement effect of KRW 2.6 trillion.
