According to Yonhap News,
Cheongwon in the North Chungcheong Province said it will hold the 2012 Cheongwon Life Festival in Songdae Park within Ochang Science Industrial Complex to promote its indigenous agricultural and livestock products from October 5 to 14.
It will operate the eco-friendly agricultural booth, health information booth and corporate promotion booth to sell agricultural and livestock products at an event hall during the festival.
The Self-Restaurant in Woods where people can cook and eat the meat they bought at the event hall will also open.
Following last year, Cheongwon will continue its service to convert the entrance ticket worth 5,000 won for every adult to the free coupon for agricultural and livestock products to ease visitors' financial burden.
It will also coordinate detailed schedules with companies participating in the festival and make the final decision by April.
"We will enlarge the space for shelters and increase the number of programs for children. We aim at attracting 300,000 visitors this year," said an official of Cheongwon.
