According to Yonhap News,

Yeongdong-gun, North Chungcheong Province (Chungbuk), designated as a special zone in grape and wine industries, will establish a smart agricultural cluster with the combination of Korean traditional music and wine.

A total of 20 billion won will be invested to build an underground wine tunnel in Yongdu Park and a Korean Traditional Music Experience Center at Godang by 2016.

The wine tunnel, 800 meters in length and 6 meters in width, will be equipped with a wine cellar, sales store and promotion booth.

Yeongdong has so far supported brewing technology and equipment for 72 small-size wineries since 2008. It produces about 40 kinds of wine including Chateau Miso.

"Each winery has its own fermentation technology and maturity period, which creates its own taste and odor. The wine tunnel will serve as a wine cellar and promotion center," said Kim Myeong-gi, a Yeongdong local government official.

The Korean Traditional Music Town will have a multi-purpose concert hall, experience center and other cultural centers.

Yeongdong has already secured a 76,000 square meter-site for the town where renowned Korean traditional musician will stay to promote Korean traditional music.

"If completed, the tour program that combines wine and Korean traditional music is expected to accelerate the development of our tourism industry," said Song Jae-hui, a Yeongdong local government official.
