Okcheon Holds Completion Ceremony of Cheongsan Industrial Complex on April 16

The Okcheon County Office will hold a building completion ceremony of the Cheongsan Industrial Complex on April 16. KRW 41.690 billion has been invested in this 351,315㎡ complex. Five companies have already purchased 167,000㎡ of sites (65 percent) there. The price of land per square meter (㎡) is KRW 6,150.
“The Cheongsan Industrial Complex is close to Gyeongbu Expressway, and the land price is lower than neighboring complexes,” said an Okcheon official.
The government will propose designating the complex as an investment promotion district to the National Territory Policy Committee next month.
