(CHEONGJU=NEWSIS) The construction of the Cheongju Technopolis, which is popular among potential tenants, will begin early next year.
According to Cheongju City on September 8, the land compensation rate for the Cheongju Technopolis reaches 80 percent. The City plans to complete the compensation by October.
When the construction completes in 2017, more than 3,300 multi-unit dwellings and industrial facilities (530,000㎡) will be established in the complex. Cheongju expects the complex will create 5,800 new jobs.
