CHUNGCHEONGBUK-DO < invest Korea

(CHEONGJU=NEWSIS) North Chungcheong Province will open an office in Shanghai on January 28 to help the province to make inroads into the Chinese market.

The Shanghai office will be the province’s first overseas office.

The Shanghai office has an exhibition hall for the products of the province and an investment consulting room.

The Shanghai office will provide information about trade and investment in China, conduct market research, support overseas marketing and be a liaison between Korea and China for the economic sector.

The Standing Committee of the Shanghai sent a certificate to the province last November to permit the establishment of a representative office in the city.
