CHUNGCHEONGBUK-DO < invest Korea

(JECHEON=NEWSIS) Jecheon City will present the city’s investment environment to 150 participants including politicians, business leaders, CEOs and officials in local governments.

The city is emerging as a new investment destination with the opening of Pyeongtaek-Jecheon Expressway, which is due open in the coming June.

The Pyeongtaek-Jecheon Expressway will help export companies trying to enter the Chinese market as it will only take less than an hour from the city to Pyeongtaek Port.

Due to the North Chungcheong Province’s policy to create a cluster of the automobile parts industry as a new growth engine, 15 automobile parts companies have moved to Jecheon.

The city has prepared various incentives to attract companies in other cities and provinces.

With the presentation, the city hopes to complete the pre-sale of the second biovalley and begin the pre-sale of the third industrial complex in advance.
