CHUNGCHEONGBUK-DO < invest Korea

According to Yonhap News,

(JINCHEON=Yonhap News) North Chungcheong Province held a completion ceremony on May 8 for a PV technology support center in the innovation city of Jincheon.

The province invested KRW 20.8 billion in the two-story center (total floor area 4,900㎡), which is equipped with around 70 module solar simulators and PV performance evaluation equipment.

The center, which will be operated by the Chungbuk Techno Park, will handle preliminary certification tests and reliability tests for PV parts and module commercialization of small- and medium-sized companies and medium-sized companies.

The center will cooperate with building energy technology support center of the Korea Conformity Laboratories at the innovation city to expand corporate support for the building integrated new and renewable sector.
