(BOEUN=NEWSIS) Boeun County and Material Science Company (MSC), a plastic material manufacturer, signed an investment agreement on May 22.
MSC, based in Sejong City, will invest KRW 10.4 billion by 2019 to build a production plant on 8000㎡ of land in the Boeun National Industrial Complex.
The company plans to hire 15 new workers during its relocation to the industrial complex and employ 11 more when its investment has completed.
With MSC, the county has now signed investment agreements with six companies and two of them began building their plants in the industrial complex in May.
"We will proactively carry out various activities to attract more companies to move to the Boeun National Industrial Complex to achieve corporate growth and regional development," said a county official.
