(CHUNGJU=NEWSIS) Twenty-five companies in Chungju including Well-Biotech have participated in the China Yiwu Import Fair 2015, which took place from June 4 to 7, to pioneer the Chinese export market.

More than 20,000 Chinese companies and 200 foreign buyers have attended the China Yiwu Import Fair 2015.

It is a large-scale trade fair for household goods and around 200,000 people from 210 countries visit the fair annually.

Chungju City has supported a large part of the participation costs for the participating companies.

Three companies in Chungju including Human, Dr.Luft and Konkuk Natural F&B each signed export agreements with Chinese companies on June 4. The agreements are worth USD 8 million (KRW 8.6 billion).

Human will export MC squares, Dr.Luft air purifiers and Konkuk Natural F&B apple vitamins to China.

"We will spare no effort to ensure more companies in Chungju export their best products to overseas markets," said a city official.
