DAEJEON < invest Korea

According to Yonhap News,

(DAEJEON=Yonhap News) Road construction plan for the regenerated business district of the Daejeon Industrial Complex of Daejeon city is expected to put on the fast track as the budget execution of the project was approved by the government. 

In accordance with the National Finance Act and Government guidance, a project injected with project budget of KRW 50 billion or higher and national support fund of KRW 30 should go through preliminary feasibility study. Budget execution for such project is subject to approval through the government's total project fund adjustment process.

Daejeon originally planned to build a road of 10.8km by investing KRW 82.4 billion of national and city fund by 2020. As the initial plan was revised due to change in the regeneration project, road construction plan was applied for new governmental approval in February.
