 According to Yonhap News,

(DAEJEON=Yonhap News) The 13th WTA Daejeon Hi-Tech Fair & Business Conference held jointly by Daejeon Metropolitan City and the World Technopolis Association (WTA) at the Daejeon Convention Center under the theme of "Innovative Technologies for Sustainable Development" was successfully closed.

During the export conference, organized by the World Technopolis Association, Daejeon Technopark, and the Korea Trand-Investment Promotion Agency from November 29 to 30, 80 companies and 43 foreign buyers from 18 countries participated and had 229 export consultations amounting to KRW 128.5 billion and concluded 12 memorandums of understanding (MOU) and 92 contracts worth KRW 22.2 billion, according to Daejeon City.

At the '2016 Cultural Industry Exhibition,' which took place in connection with the Hi-Tech Fair, one-to-one customized export consultation between overseas buyers and promising companies were organized, leading to 182 business meetings, 10 MOUs, and purchase consultations worth KRW 4.8 billion.
