(DAEJEON=Newsis News) Linking tourist resources together based on unique narratives, Daejeon's Story Tours have become a local sensation.

According to the city on May 15, this year's Story Tours, offered each Friday and Sunday, have been selling out quickly since it was launched a month earlier.

There are four types of tours being offered this year: the Old Town Modern Historical Tour (Old Daejeon Prison, Soje-dong Railway Village, In-dong Market, Old Chungcheong Provincial Government), Old Town Human Story Tour (Daejeon Station, Central Railroad Market, Mokcheok Bridge, Sungsimdang Bakery), Early Morning Healing Tour (Gap Stream, Yudeung Stream, Daecheong Lake, Geum River), and the Night Tour (Old Town center road, Bomun Hill).

A total of 50 tours will be offered until Oct. 29. All tours cost KRW 4,000 per participant.
