(DAEJEON=Newsis News) Deajeon Technopark is pushing forward with various measures to enter new markets using 3D-printing technology.
According to Deajeon Technopark on December 18, this year the Deajeon Technopark Intelligent Machinery & Robot Center has been supporting the convergence between the manufacturing industry and 3D-printing technology based on the K-ICT 3D-Printing Daejeon Center, which opened last year.
In particular, the center signed with the Korea Institute of Machinery & Materials (KIMM) and the Root Industry Creative Innovation Research Institute, to build a cooperation system for discovering successful business models in connection with 3D-printing and root technologies.
The center will also carry out 3D-printing education for military purposes in cooperation with InssTek, Inc., a local 3D-printing company, and the Military Mutual Aid Association, and later expand its efforts to introduce 3D-printing technology to military sectors.
