On May 2, the city of Daejeon announced it will break ground for the Science Complex in June.

The Science Complex, scheduled for completion in 2021, will be built as a comprehensive entertainment facility with a KRW 600 billion budget in the Expo Science Park. The complex will be equipped with hotels, neighborhood facilities and science and culture facilities.
