(DAEJEON=Yonhap News) On July 13, Daejeon International Marketing Enterprise (DIME) and the Korean branch of the International Festivals & Events Association (IFEA World) signed a strategic partnership agreement to revitalize Daejeon's tourism industry.
The two parties agreed to foster world-class luxury festivals, and to link existing tourism resources with festivals to promote tourism in Daejeon.
They will also explore and promote joint projects related to theme tour projects, and promote the local tourism industry in connection with Chungnam-do.
