Yooseong-gu, Daejeon announced on July 15 that it granted permission for construction of Yooseong Terminal Complex applied for by KPIH.
Once it passes deliberation by the city's structure safety committee, the city expects the commencement of construction within next month.
The city added that it requested to expand facilities for the disabled, improve earthquake resistant design, and add protective facilities.
It is a project to invest about KRW 790 billion in building terminal complex, transfer facilities (BRT transfer center, parking lot), cultural space, working space (officetel), happy housing, and support facilities on the sites of 102,080 square meters in Guam-dong, Yooseong-gu.
The project targets to complete construction by the end of 2021.
