According to Yonhap News,

Daedeok Industry Forum, which will be playing a bridging role between industrial players and lead the revitalization of local economy on February 16.

The Forum will induce cooperation between universities, research institutions, and about 1,200 companies in Daejeon Daedeok Industrial Complex, Ojeong-dong small merchants cluster, Pyeongchon-dong smart innovation district, and improve the well-being of residents.

An official of the Forum said, "We will actively carry out administrative role as a specialized support vehicle so that industrial complex and various SMEs could create synergy effect while materializing their unique characteristics".
