According to Yonhap News,

The Daejeon Metropolitan Government announced on the 27th that it will operate the "Daejeon Travel with Kkumdori PR Hall (Cheongju Airport)" on the first floor of Cheongju Airport starting from September 30.

The exterior of the PR hall was designed in the shape of a shopping bag in connection with Daejeon's mascot, Kkumdori, and shopping tourism. The interior shows Daejeon's tourist information such as shopping and night tourism attractions, festivals, and food at a glance by adopting a rotating panel and QR code.

Tourist souvenirs using Kkumdori will be on display, and a photo kiosk will also be installed where visitors can make and keep the memory of Kkumdori and Daejeon travel.

Various events will also be held, such as providing souvenirs for tourists visiting the PR center on the first day and ongoing SNS promotional events.

An official from Daejeon-si said, "The PR hall will serve as a base to appeal the attractiveness of Daejeon," adding, "We will continue to prepare various promotional contents to promote Daejeon widely."
