GANGWON-DO < invest Korea

According to Yonhap News,

(CHUNCHEON=Yonhap News) Gangwon Province and Gangwon Technopark will hold a completion ceremony on April 26 for the Chuncheon Venture 2nd Plant to begin its full operation.

The province invested KRW 7.8 billion in building the plant, a two-story factory with a basement, to attract domestic and foreign investors.

A total of eight companies, three foreign-invested companies and five domestic small- and medium-sized companies, have signed tenancy agreements with the province in September 2015 and all of them have moved to the Gangwon Technopark.

The Chuncheon Venture 2nd Plant boasts affordable rent and easy accessibility to the metropolitan areas.

The Gangwon Technopark, the leading technology innovation institution in the province, will help the tenant companies become blue chip companies.
