On May 16, the city revealed it will build a 1,333㎡ Happiness Dream Center.

The 2-floor facility is set to open in November.

On the first floor, there will be an office, counseling room, cooking studio, a joint childcare center, classroom and a relaxation room. The second floor will have a language development room, conference room, program room and data room.

After the completion of the center, the city's existing Healthy Families and Multicultural Family Support Centers will be relocated in December.
