The Customized Support System for Local Demand supports 70 cities and counties selected as the growth promotion area to create new added values by combining small scale hardware in the region and various kinds of software contents.

Yangyang County's plan is to boost local economy by expanding its infrastructure, attractions and food around Jukdo Beach to fulfill the demand of the surfers.

Starting from next year until 2021, Yangyang County will spend KRW 2.6 billion to create various facilities for surfers and tourists visiting Jukdo Beach, and develop and operate diverse contents about surfing.

It will create a surfing road on the Ingujungang-gil near the Beach, which is suffering from the traffic congestion and parking problems since surfing shops, guest houses and shopping district are concentrated in the area.

Furthermore, it will build a ball park on a land of 1,000 ㎡ where people can experience surfing regardless of the season or the weather, as well as a space for flea market in which surfers and residents can all participate.
