(SAMCHEOK=Yonhap News) Various tourist attrations including the marine rail bike, the sky bike, the marine cable car and the glass-floor boat will connect the 13km seaside road from Gungchon-ri to Sinnam-ri in Samcheok, Gangwon-do.

The city announced on December 26 that brainstorming development stragies for the city's marine tourism promotion produced a blue print called the Samcheok Blue Route.

Currently, a marine rail bike operates between Gungchon and Yonghwa, and a marine cable car operates between Yonghwa and Jangho.

The Samcheok Blue Route will connect Jangho and Sinnam with the glass-floor boats, and operate a sky bike between the marine rail bike and the marine cable car.

This will allow tourists to enjoy all the tourist attractions without having to relocate themselves.

The City mayor said, "Southern coast of Samcheok is located at the center of the East Sea and preserves well the beautiful oceanic resources. The city will make the coastline Korea's best marine tourist attration enjoyable from land, sky and sea."
