The Festival, marking the 4th this year, is an event in which the NFCF and forestry farmers promote and sell quality forestry products including wild green such as fischer's ragwort and thistle, wild-cultivated ginseng, and pine nuts.

There will be various events like promotion of wild green, sales of processed forestry products, demonstration and experience of mountain vegetables foods.

Also the consulting for those wanting to grow mountain vegetables and moving into the forestry village will be offered, along with other various experience and information on wild green.

This festival is held annually to promote quality wild greens of the province, accounting for the best forestry resources and the largest production in the country, garnering positive response from city consumers.

A NFCF official said, "We expect this event will be an opportunity to promote clean forestry products of Gangwon province and contribute to increasing income of those who produced wild greens."
