Goseong-gun, Gangwon province signed an investment agreement worth KRW 80 billion with private companies.
Goseong-gun signed MOU with three companies including ICONIX, Pororo Park, and Kim & Co on creation of HEALnWORK, Pororo Park, Kids hotel, and cultural space around the lake of Songji.
By signing the MOU, three companies made investment pledges, while Goseong-gun promised to cooperate on provision of various support such as business-related permit and licensing.
Goseong-gun and investors are to set up SPC for this business implementation.
An official from Goseong-gun said, "When this business of KRW 80 billion is completed, it will contribute to upgrading regional tourism, leisure, and service industries, as well as creating jobs."
