East Coast Free Economic Zone (EFEZ) will open contest for "Mangsang District 2 and District 3 developer" to create an international integrated tourism complex in Mangsang District.
It plans to open the contest for qualified investors from home and abroad, securing fairness and transparency, selecting the right developer.
It will hold a breifing session at Sheraton Seoul Palace Gangnam Hotel on August 26, followed by on-site briefing session at Mangsang EFEZ Promotion Hall in Donghae-si on August 29.
The contest registration closes on November 18. For more details, refer to notice on the websites of Gangwon Province and EFEZ.
Mangsan District was divided into 3-unit development project district based on October 2018 development plan. In November 2018, Donghae ETC International Complex Tourism City Development was designated as a developer for Mangsang District 1.
When it comes to District 1, a detailed plan is being worked out for creation of settlement environments for sustainable complex tourism city, with a target to obtain approval by the end of this year.
