Hoengseong Oct 22 (Yonhap) -- The Hoengseong Processed Foods Export Council of Gangwon-do is participating in the 2019 Vietnam Business Meeting and K-Market Special Sales Event hosted in Hanoi, Vietnam on Oct. 23-27, 2019.

Ten local enterprises will attend the business meeting held at the Grand Plaza Hotel on Oct. 23 to promote their products and to meet with buyers Held for the first time in Vietnam, the Special Sales Event will be organized in three K-Mart branches on Oct. 24-27 where 87 products of 13 enterprises will be showcased for sales and meeting will be conducted with buyers.

The Hoengseong Processed Foods Export Council has previously hosted special sales events mainly in North America and hopes that it will be able to promote the excellence of local processed foods by entering the Vietnamese market.

Hoeongseong-gun supports business meetings, participation in fairs and special sales events to help local processed foods find overseas sales channels and explore markets.
