According to Yonhap News,

Small & Medium Business Corporation Gangwon office and SMEs and Startup Agency unveiled a new voucher program to help local SMEs on Feb. 12. Small local manufacturers whose annual average sales for three years are less than KRW 1.2 billion can benefit from the project- specifically, a package of three separate services covering biz-consulting, technical support and marketing with 14 individual programs. Selected candidates can apply for each service, up to three programs and are given as much as KRW 50 million in the form of voucher. The cash grants differ ranging from 50 to 90 percent, depending on the business size.
