According to Yonhap News,
The 11th Korea-Germany Forum was held at the DMZ Museum in Goseong-gun, Gangwon Province from last Wednesday to Friday to strengthen friendly relations between the two countries.
The forum, co-hosted by the Korean Foundation, Ewha Womans University and the Germany-Korea Forum Association, attracted about 60 people from both countries.
The welcoming ceremony was held at Geumgangsan Condominium on the first day and the forum began from the second day.
Participants discussed the impact the global financial crisis has on the regional economy and how to cooperate to overcome the crisis and the election policy agenda for democratic administration.
Special exhibition on Germany's unification was also held at the DMZ Museum on the sideline of the forum.
