KANGWONLAND is incorporated in the Dow Jones Sustainability Index (DJSI) of Asia Pacific for two consecutive years, for the first time among Asian resort companies.

KANGWONLAND was included in the game sector of the index last year and is included in the tourism & leisure sector this year.

The DJSI of Asia Pacific is composed of companies in the upper 20 percent of 600 major Asian companies.

"We're pleased that our sustainable management is recognized this year as well," said KANGWONLAND CEO Choi Heung-jip. "We will continue our efforts to fulfill our duty as a social enterprise through transparent management."

The DJSI is a family of indexes evaluating the sustainability performance of the largest 2,500 companies listed on the Dow Jones. To be incorporated in the DJSI, companies are assessed based on their long-term economic, social and environmental asset management plans.
