Samcheok City will send 15 youths to Russia this week to reinforce global leadership of young generation.

The group will visit Vladivostok and Ussuriysk to meet with local youths, visit key facilities and cultural heritage sites. It also visited major Russian cities August of 2012 for the first time as a representative of local government.
