(GANGWON=Yonhap News) The Gangwon Office of the Korea Industrial Complex Corporation announced on August 1 that the conditions for lease of the Munmak Bangye Industrial Complex have been relaxed to adopt a five-year interest free installment plan.

The existing condition was to provide two to three years of interest free installment plan depending on the lease price.

Also, the moved-in companies will be able to use the land when they pay 20 percent of the down payment.

The Munmak Bangye Industrial Complex was established last September on 422,000 ㎡ of land in Wonju. At present, seven companies have moved into the complex. About 9,9000 ㎡ of land of the complex has been designated as the Munmak Foreign Investment Zone.

A Japanese company that produces lactic and bacteria has signed an investment agreement with the Munmak Foreign Investment Zone last July. The company will move into the complex in September and invest about KRW 4 billion in 3,300 ㎡ of land to build a plant by early next year.

The Munmak Bangye Industrial Complex is only 1hr 29mins away from Seoul and is closely located to the Donghwa Medical Instrument Complex, the largest complex in Wonju.
