GANGWON-DO < invest Korea

According to Newsis,

The East coast Free Economic Zone (EFEZ) Authority said on September 29 that LCS Group, the 13th biggest company in the Philippines, is to invest USD 100 million in development of Mangsang 1 District in Donghae by 2024.

LCS Group signed an MOU for investment with the EFEZ Authority on August 31, reported FDI of USD 100 million (KRW 118.6 billion) on September 23, and wired USD 1 million (KRW 1.18 billion) to Korea on September 28.

The Commissioner of the EFEZ Authority said, "With this investment, we will do our best to revitalize the development project of Mansang 1 District, and grow it into an international tourism city."
