(JEJU=Newsis) Jeju Special Self-Governing Province announced February 13 that the 'Jeju EV Charging Station Guide' mobile app, which was upgraded last year, has been made available for local residents and tourists.

This app was created in December 2016, the first by a public institution in Korea, and has been provided for Android phones since January 2017.

Since August 2017, a new IOS version (for iPhones) and an upgraded Android version of the app have been helping users find the nearest EV charging station, and search for EV charging stations at their intended destinations.

The app was downloaded by 21,3000 users since it was upgraded in August 2017, amounting to an average 3,500 downloads per month.
